Shipping and Handling:

Packaging, Shipping, and Handling is to US48 “ONLY” is $19.00 fixed for well packaged, insured & track-able UPS Ground service. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. If you provide a P.O. Box for a ship to address, the package will ship United States Postal Service USPS.

Packaging, Shipping, and Handling to HI, AK, and Canada “ONLY” is $39.00 fixed for well packaged, insured United States Postal Service “USPS” service. NOTE: the USPS service has tracking, but the tracking is not as good as UPS.

Most International shipments are around $69.00. Also shipped USPS.

I have tried to be as fair as possible about the shipping and handling charges, but keep in mind the actual freight charge is not the only thing to consider. To package an item properly, and drive to a shipping location takes time. Please also be understanding with the shipping & handling charges.

If a package is damaged during shipping you must contact me and the shipping company the day it arrives to start a claim with the shipping company so we both can receive full credit. Please remember if a package is damaged during shipping it is not your, or my fault, but the fault of the shipping company. All packages are insured (included in shipping & Handling charge) to avoid any loss!

PayPal payments (NOTE: Confirmed addresses only).

If you do “NOT” have a confirmed address with PayPal please DO NOT USE PAYPAL  for a payment option, as I will not be able to ship to you! You will have to get you address confirmed with PayPal. This is a common practice with most sellers.

Returns:

It’s very simple: If you don’t like it send it back.

If you are not pleased with your custom made case you may return it for a full refund less freight charges (both directions) within 14 days from receipt.

The case must be in the same condition as when it left my hands to receive your money back!

Custom built cases can NOT be returned.

I don’t do this for a living, just as a hobby. My wife and I both have 8 to 5 jobs. Please be understanding if I cannot be reached during the day, or if you don’t get a return E-mail until the evening.

I am also a firearm collector! That is how I came to sell these cases. I appreciated the quality of construction, and fit, and considered them a real bargain compared to other custom fitted wood cases for sale.
