The fabric is  black stretchy nylon lace embellished with tapework applique.  Lined in a nude stretchy polyester. 

Photographed on my size 16 Model which measures:- 
Bust 41"  Waist 34"    Hips  43.5"
Approximate measurements taken lying flat and doubled are:-
Bust 40" waist 34" hips 42"

This elegant dress is a fit and flare style with godet panels in the skirt.  It has a shaped bustline and small cap? style sleeves. It fastens with a side zip.
