IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ!

·        I primarily sell pre-owned and used items that come from a wide variety of sources (consignment, resale, etc). Because of this, I do not always know the full history or functionality of an item. Please expect to see some signs of wear/use with the item that you receive AND please view the listing information and photos carefully! I do my best to describe the item as-is, but if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before bidding.

·        Due to lighting and monitor variances, item colors may vary slightly from what you see in the pictures.

·        Items come from a smoke-free home unless stated otherwise. I DO have two cats, but I always clean and lint roll the items the best that I can before listing and shipping. Items are stored in a location that is not accessible by the cats.

·        When clothing measurements are provided, the item is measured when laid flat. All measurements are considered approximate.

·        Additional details regarding an item can always be provided upon request. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message!

·        Please take a minute to view my other items! I’m happy to combine shipping when possible.

·        Please note: Unfortunately, mistakes do happen from time to time! If you have any issues with your transaction, PLEASE contact me. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do the best I can to resolve any issues that may arise.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

·        Shipping is typically available Monday through Friday, except holidays. Saturday shipping is not guaranteed. Item will usually go out within 24 hours of payment on normal business days, unless I contact you to specify otherwise.

·        Shipping costs noted in the listing are typically estimated. Though it doesn't happen often, there are a few occasions when the final shipping cost for the packaged item ends up being less than what was charged, in which case I will refund you the difference.

·        When a buyer purchases multiple items, I will assume that combined shipping is requested unless you contact me with alternate plans. As a buyer, you have three options to proceed with combined shipping:

o    Contact me prior to bidding/purchasing for a shipping quote.

o    Request an invoice to be sent with the correct shipping cost on the purchased items prior to payment.

o    Pay the full shipping cost at the time of purchase and I will refund the difference in shipping costs once items have been combined.

·        Shipping outside of the U.S. will be at an extra charge. Please contact me if you would like a quote other than what is noted in the listing’s shipping options.

·        I am willing to arrange local pickup at a buyer’s request.

·        Please note: To keep costs down and keep items out of landfills, I almost always recycle packaging. Due to this, you may receive a package that appears worn or damaged. If there are concerns about the packaging of your item, please contact me. 

PAYMENT 

·        I expect payment within 14 days of the sale date. If no payment has been received within 10 days of the sale, an unpaid item case will be opened. If no payment has been received by the 14^th day, the unpaid item case will be closed and the transaction will be canceled.

·        I understand that things happen! If your plans to buy the item have changed, you have problems with payment, or other outstanding circumstances, please contact me promptly. In most cases, I will be happy to cancel the transaction.

·        Due to eBay policies, I can only accept payment by PayPal. I will not honor requests to send checks or cash.

ISSUES & RETURNS

·        I will honor returns within 14 days of the sale if there is a miscommunication or error in the listing, damage during shipping, or other unknown flaws with the item.

·        Buyer will pay for any shipping costs associated with the return, except in circumstances where an issue was clearly the fault of the seller.

·        The quickest way to return an item is by opening a request for a return via your eBay purchase history. However, if you need to discuss your options or have difficulty using this option, please contact me directly with your intent to return the item.

·        Refunds will be issued promptly once I receive the returned item and have verified that it is in its original condition.
