Joss Break Cue "The Thor Hammer"

Joss Cues through exhaustive research and development has generated the ideal break cue, "The Thor Hammer" heavy or light. With the use of full core technology we can deliver that one piece feel. Coupled with the Phenolic joint you can get no better control and transfer of energy.

There are two trains of thought regarding the break cue.
A light weight cue, the "Thor Hammer Light" you can get high acceleration and velocity to break the balls wide open for the run out.
A heavy weight cue, the "Thor Hammer Heavy" you have slower acceleration and velocity but much greater mass again to break the balls wide open.
With either method  you can take full advantage of Newton's laws of motion. Both methods work well but it is up to you to decide what works best for your type of play.

   1. Phenolic joint. Tests have shown that this type of joint may add 20% more ball speed off the tip.
   2. 5/16 x 14 stainless steel joint screw.
   3. Joss Layered tip. A tip that will stand up to the abuse of breaking balls with little distortion.
   4. Full core technology. This cue, as with all Joss cues, has a Canadian hard rock maple core through the entire butt
      section. This core adds strength and stability to the entire cue, along with that one piece feel.

Pool Cues: Specific Weight Request:  In some cases we can adjust the weight of a pool cue to your liking prior to shipping (18 to 21 oz).  When submitting payment via PayPal, you can place your weight request in the "Message to Seller" box.   If you missed it, you can always contact us right after payment via eBay “Messages-Contact Seller”.  If you do not specify a weight, you will generally receive a cue around 19 oz unless otherwise requested.  Cue Tip Change:  In many cases we can change the tips on our cues to one of your preference.  We stock a wide variety of the most popular tip brands.  There will be an up-charge for the labor and cost of tip.  There may also be a 1 to 3 business day delay in shipping to conduct the necessary labor.  Please contact us prior to purchase for price/tip availability.

USPS Info:   We will provide a delivery confirmation number on each shipment.  USPS may not necessarily "courtesy scan" your item at each location. Therefore, it may appear that it is not moving, but that is probably not the case.  Parcel Post shipments won't be "courtesy scanned" at all and will only update once delivered.  SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may have delays especially around holidays or severe weather.

Continental USA Shipping:  In most cases we ship via USPS with delivery confirmation or UPS ground with tracking.  Generally, your item will ship per the timeline shown in the listing.

Non-Continental / US Territories Shipping: Non-Continental USA destinations and territories include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO etc.  Regular USPS delivery time ESTIMATES WILL NOT APPLY TO THESE LOCATIONS.  UPS delivery is not available to Non-Continental USA destinations.   

International Shipping:  International shipping rates are quoted using USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail International.  International USPS delivery times are ESTIMATED 6-14 business days (depending on your country's mail forwarder and Customs Department).   Some Middle Eastern, African, South American and Island Nations may take longer.  Some countries may charge an import tax (duty).  Since each country's tax rate is different, this tax or any other tax is buyer’s responsibility (ask your Customs Department for more information).
