Game Quality Conditions:

Acceptable: Game disk only, no original case or manual included.

Good: Game disk, and either the manual or case is included.

Very Good: Game disk, manual and original case (w/ case art) included.

New/Like New: Either open but unused or unopened.

Shipping:

We ship out almost daily, except Sundays. Almost all items are shipped First Class Mail w/ tracking. All standard games are shipped in a bubble mailer. If the item is listed as Acceptable and is a disc it will be shipped in a jewel case. Any orders placed prior to 1:00 P.M. EST will generally ship same day, in some cases you order may take 1 additional day but should never take more than 2 Business days to leave our local USPS. We will combine most multi-unit orders to save both time and money.

Return Policy:

Grubby’s Games offers a 30 Day Money Back Return on all our items. In cases of where the buyer simply no longer wants the item, or decides for any reason not listed in eBay’s Money Back Guarantee policy, buyer pays return shipping. Any defects or non-working merchandise will be returned with Grubby’s Games paying for the return shipping. All returns will be shipped back using the same method as the original shipping i.e. First Class Mail is expected to be returned via First Class Mail. If Grubby’s Games is covering the shipping a return label will be provided for the buyer to use. All returns must arrive in the same condition in which they arrived.

Payment:

All payments are expected to be via PayPal. No other payment source will be accepted. Payment is expected immediately and any purchase unpaid after 72 hours will have a non-payment case opened through eBay.
