If buyer claims that an electrical and electronical item is faulty, to determine if this a fault with the part purchased, a fault with installation or wrong purchase we will require the following:
. A picture of the customers appliance's rating plate in order to check compatibility
. A picture of the appliance's original installed part in order to be able to check the version
. A brief fault report or an invoice from the professional installer approving that the item has been handled by soneone in trade.
If the customer can not supply all of the above a refund or a replacement can not be provided. If the customer is in the trade (electrician, electronic business, domestic appliance repair business ) then we only will need business details.
