ITEM DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a iPad Pro 9.7 screen / glass replacement repair service. We will only replace the glass and not the LCD. It is your responsibility to make sure your LCD is fully functional.

HOW IT WORKS: You ship your iPad to us, we replace the glass in 1 to 3 days and ship it back.  It's that simple!

SHIPPING:  You will be responsible for shipping cost when sending the iPad to us. Please make sure it is properly packaged for we will not be liable for any lost or damaged iPads. We will however pay for shipping when returning the iPads. Please make sure to provide us with your Ebay ID and contact information somewhere inside the packaging. Direct message if expedited delivery is required.

WARRANTY: All our repairs come with a 1 Year warranty on parts and labor as long as there are no signs of physical damage (that includes water damage). Warranty claims will not include shipping fees.

DATA BACKUP: Please make sure to backup your data on to your iCloud. Replacing the screen shouldn't affect your storage but on very rare occasions data could be lost.

PASSWORD: We highly recommend removing the passcode to allow us to thoroughly test the watch and make sure everything is working properly. If you come across any issues but chose not to remove or give us your passcode then you will be responsible for shipping if any additional work is required.

BATTERY:  Please make sure your battery is charged. If your battery is not charged we may not be able to guarantee specified time frame due to the volume of repairs we receive.

BENT OR DAMAGED CORNERS: We will unbend damaged corners to make the new digitizer fit properly on the frame. However this does not mean we are going to leave your corners "like new". We will make a diligent effort to keep your corners as clean as possible but some corners might be a little rough depending on the damage.

HOME BUTTON: On some very rare occasions the touch ID might stop working after replacing the screen. It is a known issue in the repair world. We will not be responsible for your Touch ID if it stops working. Your Touch ID will only work with the iPad's original home button. In the event that we are required to replace your home button, know that your button will still work but your touch ID will not.

APPLE PENCIL: On some very rare occasions the THE APPLE PENCIL will no longer function with the refurbished iPad screen. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE IPAD SCREENS REACTION TO THE REFURBISHING PROCESS.

AFTERMARKET LCDS & SHATTERED GLASS: If your iPad has been previously refurbished with and aftermarket LCD, we are not liable to damage to the LCD. Aftermarket LCD's are not meant to be refurbished. We will attempt to replace the glass, and in most cases 80% of the time there is no issue.  IF the LCD does not survive the refurbishing process then you will need to pay an additional fee to replace the LCD. We will do our best to let you know after we open your iPad if it has an aftermarket LCD. THIS WILL ALSO BE THE CASE FOR IPADS THAT HAVE SHATTERED GLASS. THE TINY GLASS SHATTERED MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO REPAIR THE GLASS WITHOUT DAMAGING THE LCD.
