PAYMENT: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, however credit and debit card payments can be made over the telephone, please call 01429 272298 for this service.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 72 hours of delivery. Returns must be made at your own expense within 30 days and returned in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and satisfactory condition of the rug we will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. Faulty goods will of course be handled and replaced at no further cost to you. Please advise of any fault within 48 hours.

*Please note, whilst every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each of our rugs - we cannot accept and responsibility for any colour misrepresentations or misinterpretations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our rug images. You can still return your rug for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty and you will be responsible for the return costs.

DELIVERY: All rugs are despatched either the same working day (for orders received before midday) or next working day. For bespoke runners please allow one working day.
