Returns & Refunds

If you have bought the item in error, and the package is completely unopened, then send it back to us within 14 days, with a note explaining, with your full name, eBay User ID, and your Paypal email address, and we will fully refund your Paypal account. You will be responsible for any returns costs, and we recommend using recorded mail. Please also email us to explain what happened.

If your item is faulty, please email us, and we will offer a replacement at our discretion.

Items can sometimes be damaged by the Royal Mail.
