Why Is This Branded Memory Available At Such A Low Price?
We are
clearing space for new projects. These
new "old-stock" memory sticks were rediscovered during an audit of our
long-term storage. They are in original
packaging and have not ever been used in a system. They are not old computer "pulls", so are as
new in packaging!
To compare our
pricing, simply look on sites like Ebuyer where this type of memory sells for
significantly more than we are clearing ours for?
What Can This Memory Be Used In?
You cannot use this memory in new computers. It fits most 2003-2010 era computers. They are two generations old. Most modern systems use DDR4, some use DDR3. Older generation computers, such as some Core 2 Duo, Pentium, Athlon and Celeron type systems use this kind of DDR 2 Memory. If you buy this memory for a brand new computer, it probably won't work. Unless described differently above, this memory also isn't EEC or Buffered / Registered. Make sure you know what you're buying!
Make sure this memory will work with your computer before you buy it, as an exchange won't help you if your computer needs DDR3 RAM and you buy my DDR2 RAM.
As a useful guide, DDR 3 RAM (memory newer than THIS DDR2 memory) was introduced in 2007, but didn't become mainstream until 2011 - so if your PC was made between 2003/4 and 2011 (or so), this is likely to work for you.
HOW TO FIND OUT IF THIS WILL WORK WITH YOUR PC:
Google is your friend! - Type the model of your PC or motherboard along
with the word "memory" and the word "DDR2" and then check the Memory Specification
matches the details above.
E.g. "Dell ECC DDR2" yields a few results, one being "Which Memory for Dell
Dimension E520". If you read it, it
describes the required memory as being DDR2, upto 4 Gb maximum. So, these memory sticks should work for you!

No Refunds Given - Exchange Offered On Faulty Memory
Only.
In line with my standard "policy", we aren't offering refunds on these items - we are clearing our storage and are therefore offering these branded items at insanely low prices! That said - I want you to know that this is a genuine offer, so if your item is faulty (not just incompatible...), I am happy to exchange the item or offer an alternative depending on what we have in stock.
We always security mark and photograph and record every item before we sell them - returns that aren't what we sent will be disposed of, no exchange or refund given and a report to Ebay (and police depending on item value) will be made. But I'm sure this doesn't apply to you and you're a decent honest person (like me!). Any problems, please do contact me first and I'll do everything I can to try and help.
