Scarce and unusual cast iron toy stove...."THE QUEEN"....manufactured by Dent Hardware in the early 1900's.....measures 11" wide (with hearth shelf attached), 13 1/2" to the top of the stovepipe, 6 3/4" tall (to the stovetop), with the stovetop alone measuring 8 7/8" wide by 6 1/4" deep....features a Japanese Geisha on the oven door....respectable original nickel-plating shows wear, but would likely polish some, if desired....hearth shelf retains its original hanging tabs/prongs....original rolled tin chimney is dented and has some oxidation....all 4 burner covers are original, however 3 have protrusions/factory flaws which prevent them from sitting flush on the stovetop (minor factory imperfections).....an exceptional example of this hard-to-find toy stove....please study all photos, feel free to ask questions, and be sure to check out my other interesting antique auctions!
