Ones "with" patches may have name and or logos or just adhesive left from where patches were removed (see the last 4 pictures to see what you may be getting). If you get "without" It may still be slightly visible where they were removed (see 3rd picture), these mostly had sewn on name tags and you may see where the tag was taken out.
