This is a used xbox 360 game.
Game comes with:
1. Original and clean jewel case with cover insert.
2. Original game disc in excellent 9/10 condition. Mild hairline scratches visible on disc hind side but they do not affect disc functioning and game play (see Picture).
3. Instruction manual.
I like to highlight that in no way will I be responsible for a game that does not work on your console due to the presence of so many Xbox 360 console variations flooding the market even more so now with Xbox One replacing the Xbox 360. The fact that some PAL non-asian games can even work on asian consoles serve to confuse the dubious region lock issue further. There is simply no hard and fast rule governing non-asian NTSC, PAL games working on asian consoles. Some can and some don't.
The games which I list on ebay has been played on my Xbox 360E console and it works fine. My console is:
1. Original asian local set and not a 2nd hand set or overseas set.
2. Bought new and sealed from a reputable local retailer and not from 2nd hand traders, repairers, online sites, ex-users who bought their cheaper set overseas with region lock that has been modified and unlocked, or users of users of hand-me-downs giving up their sets to switch to other consoles - all of whom may make verbal claims as to the origin of their set being able to play local games which may or may not be substantiated in document.
3. In its original unmodified condition - no tampering of locks and performance fixes, etc, etc.
If your console is similar to mine, just a plain and simple default Asian console, then this game will definitely work.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DEALING
Price is Nett and Non-Negotiable.
Payment terms will be Cash-On-Pickup basis ONLY.
Item is meant for purchase in Singapore only and method of delivery will be strictly via one-to-one meet up.
Item will be sold "As Is" base on the pictures attached in the listing above.
Refund or return will not be entertained.
As such, Buyer is advised to:
1. Ask questions and clarify thoroughly before hitting “Buy It Now”, AND
2. Check item carefully at point of purchase before making payment.
Ample opportunity will be given to the buyer to carry out conditions 1 & 2 above.
Once the above 2 conditions are concurrently fulfilled, Buyer is deemed to have ACCEPTED all risks and consequences associated with this product.
At all times, the onus is on the Buyer during meet up, to open and check the item thoroughly in ensuring that he/she is satisfied with the actual condition or reject the item, if not. If Buyer acquiesce or choose not to check the item, then by his inaction or action, he has impliedly and expressly accepted any liability/damage that comes with the item.
Do not buy if you are uncomfortable with this rule.
IMPORTANT 1 (Meet up/Pick up arrangements)
Meet-up to be conducted at the below venue, date and time ONLY.

Mon, Tue & Wed at 6.30pm-10.30pm
2. Drivers or anyone who can pick up item at my block's void deck in Woodlands
Mon, Tue & Wed at 6.30pm-11pm
Thurs & Fri at 9.45pm-11pm
For ease of operations, NO further negotiation on an alternative date, venue and time is possible for this item other than what is stipulated in the above schedule.
Refrain from hitting the "Buy it Now" if you are unable to accept the meet-up conditions above.
Please note that in any case, there will be NO arrangement of pick-ups on Public Holidays, Sat, Sun & weekdays that are not mentioned in the above schedule.
I strictly do not do postage or utilize any postal services. Please do not buy if this is your only means of dealing.
IMPORTANT 2 (Uncontrollable circumstances)
Buyer is to allow me at least 1 day advance notice after making the purchase, for me to pick up the items from my warehouse and to fix a date, and also having taken into consideration other meet up commitments that I may have already fixed with earlier Buyers.
Example: If you hit the “Buy It Now” on Monday, I will need to use Tuesday to pick the item from my warehouse. That leaves only Wednesday for meet up. However, if I am already committed to a full schedule on Wednesday, then there is a possibility that the next meet up with you can only take place on the following Mon, Tue or Wed which might leave some buyers flustered. So please plan & make your purchase decision around Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun so that you can have more leeway to arrange a meet up on Mon, Tue & Wed to collect your items.
Please avoid urgent purchases as my modus operandi cannot provide for such circumstances.
As I have to manage so many items, please be understanding if I have to revert to the buyer with regards to my listed items below regarding:-
1. Condition of items have changed over time. Example, item may be listed in 9/10 condition but in the following year, it may have become 7/10 due to repacking during stock take or rearrangement causing some inevitable impairment like minor scratch, dent or crease. Conditions can also deteriorate due to environmental issues eg; humidity, temperature fluctuations and time, which may result in packaging becoming brittle or paper turning yellow whilst in storage. Issues like these are just part of doing business. If a Buyer's sensitivity is such that they expect a 2 to 3 year old item to be sold in new pristine condition as it was when it first came out, my advise is to choose not to buy and move on.
2. Stock quantity error: As much as I endeavour to keep stock record as accurate as possible within my current ability and resources, there may be some quantities that could have been lost or went undetected or are erroneously recorded as human error sometimes is just unavoidable.
IMPORTANT 3 (Misunderstanding and Clarifications)
I can never stress enough the need for 2-way communication as a condition in a purchase transaction as it keeps getting ignored time and again leading to unnecessary misunderstanding and emotional escalation.
Buyers are strongly advised to clarify all doubts/enquiries via my ebay Q&A interface or through my ebay email provided therein pertaining to item contents, packaging quality, meet up arrangements and payment issues BEFORE pressing the “Buy It Now” so as to avoid frustration, disappointment and misunderstanding when I exert compliance to the terms & conditions stipulated in my listing once the “Buy it Now” is pressed.
