Dealing in LEGO parts is a tricky and extremely subjective business. As such, before you buy, I will need to make some declarations below so as to minimize any potential buyer/seller misunderstanding.

1.     As a collector and a LEGO purist myself, I do not deal in non-LEGO parts be it a replica, fabricated, painted or customized. As such, all LEGO parts sold by me are guaranteed only from LEGO Brand and in its original state.

2.     No doubt, LEGO parts are quite resilient but even in new and sealed box sets where some parts are deboxed from, mild scratches may be present due to part-to-part abrasion and knocks that occur within the sealed bag themselves let alone the storage within the containers I put the parts in. As such, some quality leeway should be accorded to LEGO part sales. Herein lies the gist of the whole matter - if a Buyer is particular or extra sensitive about the condition of the parts, I would advise them not to even contemplate buying and avoid this sale altogether, so as not to put both party relationship in a strain. Please read this caveat again and fully understand this condition for sale before hitting the “Buy It Now”.

3.     As always, the Buyer will still have the final right to reject the item at meet up point if item is found unsatisfactory to him/her. However, once item is transferred, refund or return will not be accepted on the basis that fair opportunity had been given for full communication prior to the purchase and also fair opportunity for actual physical inspection to take place at meet-up point.

* Note: My minimum order is $10. You may mix and match different parts from different listings in quantities you feel comfortable (even 1 piece of LEGO part) but please ensure that you buy enough items to make or exceed this budget or the sale will be automatically cancelled and relisted. You may combine LEGO parts with box sets or other items from my ebay shop to make up this budget if you wish.

Price is Nett and Non-Negotiable.

Payment terms will be Cash-On-Pickup basis only.

Refund or return will not be entertained so buyer is well advised to ask questions and clarify thoroughly before hitting “Buy It Now” and check item carefully at point of purchase before making payment.

Item is meant for purchase in Singapore only and method of delivery will be strictly via one-to-one meet up. NO postage is allowed.

IMPORTANT 1:

Meet-up to be conducted at the below venue, date and time ONLY.

1. Woodlands, Causeway Point

Mon, Tue & Wed at 6.30pm-10.30pm

2. Drivers can pick up item at my block's void deck in Woodlands

Mon, Tue & Wed at 6.30pm-11pm

Thurs & Fri at 9.45pm-11pm

No further negotiation on an alternative date, venue and time is possible for this item other than what is stipulated in the above schedule.

Refrain from hitting the "Buy it Now" if are unable to accept the meet-up conditions above.

Please note that in any case, there will be NO arrangement of pickups on Public Holidays, Sat, Sun & weekdays that are not mentioned in the above schedule.

IMPORTANT 2

Buyer is to allow me at least 1 day advance notice after making the purchase, for me to pick up the items from my Store and to fix a date, having taken into consideration other meet up commitments that I may have already fixed with earlier Buyers.

Example: If you press the “Buy It Now” on Monday,  I will need to use Tuesday to pick the item from my Store. That leaves only Wednesday for meet up. However, if I am already committed to a full schedule on Wednesday, then there is a possibility that the next meet up with you can only take place on the following Mon, Tue or Wed which might leave some buyers flustered. So please plan and make your purchase decision around Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun so that you can have more leeway to arrange a meet up on Mon, Tue & Wed to collect your items.

IMPORTANT 3

I can never stress enough the need for 2-way communication as a condition in a purchase transaction as it keeps getting ignored time and again leading to unnecessary misunderstanding and emotional escalation.

Buyers are strongly advised to clarify all doubts/enquiries via ebay email interface pertaining to item contents, packaging quality, meet up arrangements and payment issues BEFORE pressing the “Buy It Now” to avoid frustration, disappointment and misunderstanding as I will stick strictly to terms & conditions stipulated in my listing once the button is pressed UNLESS I have already agreed to some pre-arranged conditions with Buyer via messaging/email beforehand.

Refrain from hitting the "Buy it Now" if you are:

1. Unable to accept the meet-up conditions and/or

2. Unable to hit the minimum $10 budget and/or

3. Extra sensitive and very particular about part condition
