....Standard U.K delivery should take 2 - 3 working days ( Mon - Friday ).


....We also offer an Express next working day service - this service is available for U.K mainland deliveries only ( Monday - Friday ). Orders for Express deliveries received before 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched but not received until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Dispatch times...

We post every morning Monday - Friday (except bank holidays).

We always strive to process, pick, pack and dispatch orders within 24hrs of receiving payment Monday - Thursday.

Orders received after 10am Fridays and over the weekend (when we are closed) will not be dispatched until the following Monday, with exception of orders placed with the Express delivery option received before 1pm. (as detailed above in 'Delivery options').

You will receive an automated 'item dispatched' message when your order has been processed and sent to the warehouse to be picked, packed and dispatched.

If your order is for delivery to mainland U.K and you choose next working day Express delivery (Monday - Friday) you must send us a contact phone number when you place the order to use this service.

The next working day Express delivery service is for U.K. mainland deliveries only.



About our item costs...

Our product prices are influenced by various factors such as the weight of the items being sent, the packaging required to ensure safe transit, the manpower involved in processing your purchase both in the picking and packing of your order along with many other hidden costs such as warehousing, business rates, general running bills etc. 
Before leaving feedback all we ask is that our customers bear this in mind and if you are not happy with your purchase or the service we have provided in anyway or if you have any suggestion to how we can improve our service please contact us on the number below.
 

Our returns policy..

  ..Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation within 30 days of receipt of goods.

To return an item..
..Go into your ebaY purchase history.
..to the right side of this order you will see a drop down box, click on More actions.
..then click on return this item and follow the instructions.

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required - Goods must be returned by the customer at their own expense within 7 days of acceptance of your return request.  Goods must be received in it original condition and packaging. We can not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during their return transit so please obtain some proof of posting.
Items received damaged or faulty - Any goods received damaged or faulty must be reported to us via ebaY messaging upon receipt of the goods. We will provide the customer with a returns authorisation number and goods must be returned by the customer to us.  Upon receipt of the return, we will dispatch a replacement and refund the return postage cost incurred or will refund the product in full including the original P&P plus return postage cost incurred.  We can not be held responsible for any return that is lost or damaged in transit so please obtain proof of postage.
