    Handling and delivery times are not the same thing. Handling is the processing time before the item is dispatched. Delivery is the time taken to arrive with you after the item has been dispatched.

    We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated on the item page.

    As a guide, orders placed before 1pm are processed that day and dispatched the following morning (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day ready for dispatch the morning after.

    We have been importing from Japan since 1997. The importing process consists of locating low mileage (45-60k mile) engines and transmissions, Right Hand Drive (RHD) nose cuts, front end conversions, and other rare parts. Our location in Japan then loads large shipping containers and sends them across the ocean. Once a container has arrived at its destination port, it is then transported to our facility where we sort, catalog and photograph parts for our customers. We ship within the continental United States and also offer local pickup at our Manassas, VA facility.

    PayPal is the only payment method that we accept on eBay. According to PayPal rules, we cannot ship to anywhere other than the confirmed address.

    WARRANTY INFORMATION:
    • Replacement engines & transmissions have a warranty of 60 days on the head and block internals only, starting from the date of purchase.
    • Performance engines and complete swaps (including components equipped with variable valve timing, turbo or supercharged systems) have a warranty of 30 days head & block coverage only, starting from when the customer purchases the engine and/or transmission.
    • For out of state customers, we will start the warranty from the date that the part was received.
    • All engines and transmissions must be installed within the warranty coverage period. 
    • All rotary engines and transmissions are sold "AS IS" with no warranty coverage. 
    • ALL electronic parts are "AS IS" with no warranty coverage whatsoever.
    • Professional installation is required. We do not provide technical support for installations and highly recommend that you consult with a mechanic if you are not familiar with the swap. If an ASE certified mechanic does not install the engine/transmission, your warranty is voided. No questions asked!
