Payment
Payment must be made without deduction of cash discount, unless another form of payment has been agreed in writing.

We ship exclusively with Federal Express.Due to the value of most purchases, a signature is required for delivery. All shipments will be shipped via Federal Express.If you have a customer number at Federal Express you can let us know, so it may be possible that you will get a discount on the shipping cost. Depending on what conditions you have at Federal Express, you may be able to reduce shipping costs. Should you have any questions For this please contact Federal Express directly.
Give us a phone number for the time of day when you pay, as Federal Express will need it. Without this, shipping can not be done.
On public holidays in all provinces and on Saturday and Sunday no shipping takes place.
