Fabulous Chicago by Emmett Dedmon

Book is missing the dust jacket, boards are in good condition with some corner bumping and a small tear on the top spine edge. Binding is secure, no smoky smell or water damage. Keepsakes are nicely glued into book. Keepsakes include an invitation to the cocktail party celebrating the release of the book, a napkin with the book cover printed onto it (we are assuming this is from the party), and a newspaper clipping about the party. The book is inscribed by Emmett Dedmon to the previous owner.

PAYMENTS


• Payment must be received within 4 business days after close of the auction. After 4 business days we will file a non-paying bidder alert and re-list the item.

• We collect 8.75% sales tax for Illinois residents only.

SHIPPING


• Our handling time for most items is 48 hours or less
• Shipping costs are non-negotiable.  Please use the eBay shipping calculator to determine shipping cost.

• We only ship to the PayPal registered address included with your PayPal payment.
• We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Please note that we do not always offer both UPS and USPS services for every auction - please check the shipping and handling tab provided by eBay for details on any particular auction.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APOs.  Please supply a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for delivery.
• Shipments to HI, AK, & U.S. Territories are subject to increased costs.
• Items over $150 will include Signature Delivery Confirmation.

USPS

• ALL items shipped via USPS are shipped via First Class, Parcel, Priority Mail,  or Media Mail Services, each with Delivery Confirmation..
• Delivery time is 3-10 business days.  Media Mail services may take up to 14 business days for delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Bobzbay uses the eBay global shipping program for all international orders. International shipping is processed and calculated by eBay. Please note that not all items are able to be shipped International.


SHIPPING DAMAGE
We pack extremely well, and as such items are very rarely damaged in shipping. However, if this does occur, you need to retain all of the original packing material and boxes for a shipping claim. If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed for you to receive compensation. The original shipping charge is not included in the insured amount. Only the merchandise value can be claimed. We do not refund out of pocket for shipping damage.

IN-STORE PICKUP
If you choose to stop by the store to pick up your item, payment must happen before pickup. Please bring a valid id for confirmation and your eBay item number for the item you've won. Illinois residents will pay 8.75% Illinois Sales Tax upon pickup. Shipping costs will be waived for in-store pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any auction at any point. We reserve the right to cancel bids of any eBay member with a negative feedback rating. We reserve the right to re-list any item if payment has not been received within the allotted amount of time.

RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for items that are not as described and must be made within 14 business days of receipt of the item. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a claim must be filed. We do not accept returns for Buyer's Remorse. Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product has been described to the best of our knowledge and in the greatest detail and truthfulness. We have also taken very detailed photographs of the actual product being sold. These photographs often describe the item better than words. We have made every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects (if any).
