WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Washable and reusable. Place the inserts into the lukewarm soapy water. Swish them around for about a minute, using your fingers to scrub the inserts to remove dirt. Let the inserts soak in the water for five minutes. Take the inserts out of the soapy water and rinse them under running water until all traces of soap are gone. Lay the inserts flat to air-dry completely before putting them back into your shoes. Keep away from heat and sunlight.
