Please note that we do not refund for shipping or return shipping unless there was an erroneous error in the description. If an item is marked as used, some signs of wear should be expected. If an item is new, it must be returned in the exact condition as listed (with tags, in original packaging, etc) for a refund.
If an item arrives damaged or in non working order, we will issue a full refund, including shipping. We take great care when packaging items and we take full responsibility if an item arrives damaged. We strive for exceptional customer service and your positive feedback is greatly appreciated. We leave positive feedback for all positive feedback we receive. If you cannot leave positive feedback, please contact us to discuss your situation so that we may come to a reasonable understanding.
Shipping: All items are shipped within one business day Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or nationally observed holidays. We will combine shipping whenever practical. If you purchase more than one item during checkout, we will adjust the shipping price on your invoice if possible. Some items are too large to combine shipping.
Environment: All of our items are securely stored in a smoke free, mold free environment. However, we purchase items from a variety of sources so it is virtually impossible to know if an item was stored in another type of environment prior to our acquisition. If there are odors or any other defects, it will be noted in the description.
We recycle packaging material whenever possible or practical.
