 The youth combat fasci / FGC, were a youth organization of the National Fascist Party. In 1927 the regime defined sporting activity as the main tool for the mental and physical growth of young people. It therefore orders all public institutions ( podestà , fascist provincial sports bodies and provinces) to organize and manage sporting events.

All those who enrolled in the party and young people who had entered the youth clubs, were granted considerable benefits both for the purchase of clothing and sports equipment and for the registration, participation and viewing of sports events. The discounts reserved for youth clubs were normally between 20% and 25% of tuition fees and participation in the championships. The latter were reserved to them by every sports federation, with the attribution of titles of provincial and regional champion of youth clubs.

The sports groups had a remarkable development especially in football and basketball, becoming the flagship of the fascist provincial federations, which brought their provincial representatives to the " Littoriali of Sport", the highlight of the spring sports activity that took place in mid-May . At the Littoriali many boys and girls, already "promises" in the provincial, they gained experience to become true sports and Olympic champions later.
