Why do we use it?
BMW M50 & M52 SINGLE VANOS OIL COOLER CAP - OIL ADAPTER FOR EXTERNAL OIL COOLER - AN10 FITTINGS + 2x1/8" NPT
We now offer BMW M50 non vanos/vanos and M52 single vanos external oil cooler cap
After installation of our oil cap you will be able to lower oil temp. without replacing entire oil filter housing (S50/S54)
- CNC machined product - MADE IN UE
- Made of aluminium PA6
- Direct bolt on fitment
- AN10 fittings + 2x1/8" NPT sockets for the external sesnors - for example oil temp. and oil pressure
- Precision machining and alignment assures precise fit
- If you want to use it with M50/M52 engine you don't have to change entire oil housing - just replace aluminium oil cap for our product
- Perfect for turbocharged drift spec. cars
- Oil filter/ o-ring sealings (M54 type) and oil fittings are included
- Fits ONLY to M50NV, M50 VANOS and M52 SINGLE VANOS oil housing (bolt on the top).
If you want to use it in M52TU or M54 engine, you also have to change oil housing for M50NV or M50V type.
It doesn't fit to OEM M52TU, M54 oil housing with plastic cap. - There are two types of M50 oil housings. 1st has got ~24 mm suction pipe, 2nd ~27 mm (pipe diameter). Remember to let us know which version do you want us to send - see the picture
