Since Ludwig did not offer an 8" tom in the Keystone line, I set out to make one that matched my set.
It started out as a Ludwig Element tom but I recovered it in Shampayne sparkle to match my Ludwig Keystone set also in Shampayne sparkle.
The lugs on the Ludwig Element drums are the same as the ones on the original Keystone drums which is why I chose this drum.
I also added the same type of integrated lug/tom mount as on my other Keystone drums.
Please be aware, there is a difference between Shampayne sparkle and Champagne sparkle. They look very similar but if you put them side by side I would think most people could see the difference. I wouldn't recommend using this drum with a Champagne set. Although the color and look is close it is not exact.
This drum is Shampayne which is the covering Ludwig used on the Keystone drums.
Used but in almost perfect shape.
No damage, played very little.
