  • The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 30 days following the delivery of their order. Cancellation requests must be by email.
  • The customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 30 days after their receipt the customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected.
  • Postage costs for all returned items are for the responsibility of the customer and Divine Trash will not accept liability for any items sent without a certificate of postage
  • If you require a refund/exchange, please ensure all the original tags and labels are still attached and the item(s) are in the original packaging. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.
  • In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Divine Trash before the refund or replacement can be issued.
  • In cases where the customer does not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by the customer and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur the original shipping charges again), or to refund the original payment.
  • If a promotional offer is active at the time of placing your order, we do ask that if you wish to return the goods, please ensure you enclose the promotional item along with the unsuitable garment/s for a full refund. If you choose not to return the promotional item this will then be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer and exceptions.
  • Delivery is FREE for all UK orders.
  • Special Delivery is an option for next day delivery (orders placed before 4pm excluding weekends) for a premium of £4.95.
  • Stock orders made Monday to Friday before 4pm, are dispatched on the same day.
  • Stock orders made after 4pm and at weekends / bank holidays may take a day longer to arrive with you. Stock availability may also delay some deliveries.
  • All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's Tracked Delivery Service. This service is fully trackable.
  • We aim to deliver your item within 1-2 working days of your order being placed and within 1 working day for orders placed before 4pm using the Special Delivery option
  • European and Worldwide delivery options are also available
  • Buyers can collect the item at Argos with Click & Collect
