Gorgeous, single handled antique bowl made by Nippon. Maple leaf back stamp dates the piece to circa 1891-1910.  

Elegant design features an interesting scalloped shape, heavy gold and lots of moriage beading. 

Gold scrolls carry through to the underside of the bowl, see photos.

 Measures: 7 inches across from tip of lip to tip of handle, 6 inches across other way, 1.75 inch tall, 1.25 inch deep,

Handle height alone is 2.5 inches, base is 3 inches around & the Green Maple Leaf , Hand Painted NIPPON Marks

are all very bright & correct for piece!
