• Please return your items to Run Charlie Ltd via your own method of postage (the packing note that came with your item is not a returns label)
• Please enclose your order details/packing note
• All items must be returned unworn with bag and tags/hygeine labels or refunds cannot be provided
• Unless you have emailed and requested an exchange, we will assume all returns are to be refunded and will process this within 3 working days of the item arriving at the warehouse
