You are looking at a highly detailed kit of IJN Carrier Hiryu. This set is special in 2 respects from the normal offering by Fujimi. It is a DX (Deluxe) version and also a Wave Base version at the same time. This means that it comes supplied with PE and a cool wave base as default.
The moulding for this set is exceptionally good and I mean it literally. Based on the details, you will notice that a lot of research have gone into the study of the ship's design in order to come up with this very historically accurate mould. In addition, there are a lot of parts that are intricately moulded making expensive photo etching unnecessary but for the absolutely detail obsessed fan. For example, extra thin see through funnel gauze, extra thin mast details, lift crane with visible hook, textured sponsons inner and external ribbed supporting structures, usage of clear plastic for beacons, planes are individually assembled, broken up to ease in painting. Even life boats that are normally treated as secondary parts, are given detailing like textured canvas and wood deck details. Port holes on the hull even comes with a top cap when it used to be just a hole. The presence of extreme small parts indicate that even small details shouldn't be ignored. But bear in mind that these small and thin parts are extremely delicate and need to be handled with caution lest they jump out or snap when detaching it from the sprue trees. In my opinion, this is the best 1/700 scale IJN Hiryu available in the market to date and I do not see any competing brands even coming close to the accuracy and level of detail that this set offers. The huge number of parts when fully laid out, will make other brands pale in contrast.
The wave base has a subtly sunken impression that fits the waterline of the Fujimi's Hiryu perfectly, which together with the PE, adds aesthetic and realism value to your completed model. Since you are already there on realism, what's with just including Fujimi's original wood deck seal to make this the most detailed Hiryu kit ever.

Please note that in any case, there will be NO arrangement of pick-ups on Public Holidays and Eve, Sat, Sun & weekdays that are not mentioned in the above schedule.

IMPORTANT 2 (Uncontrollable circumstances)
Buyer is to allow me at least 2 days advance notice after making the purchase, for me to check stock status, pick up the items from my warehouse and get back to Buyer on a meet-up date, having taken into consideration other meet up commitments that I may have already fixed with earlier Buyers.
Please avoid urgent purchases as my modus operandi cannot accomodate for such circumstances.
As I have to manage many items singlehandedly, please be understanding if I have to revert to the buyer on my listed items regarding:-
1. Condition of items have changed over time. Example, item may be listed in 9/10 condition initially but in the following year(s), it may have become 7/10 due to repacking during stock take or rearrangement causing some inevitable impairment like minor scratch, dent or crease. Conditions can also deteriorate due to environmental issues eg; humidity, temperature fluctuations and time, which may result in packaging becoming brittle or paper turning yellow whilst in storage resulting in the need to use tapes to secure and strengthen the packaging. The condition stated in my listing is just a guideline.Email me if you need an update on the condition. If a Buyer's sensitivity is such that they expect old or out-of-production items to be sold in new pristine condition, my advise is "Please don't waste time here and bring your condition haggling elsewhere".
2. Stock quantity error: As much as I endeavour to keep stock record as accurate as possible within my current ability and resources, there may be some quantities that could have been lost, sold but not updated or are erroneously recorded. My point is human error sometimes is just unavoidable.
IMPORTANT 3 (Misunderstanding and Clarifications)
I can never stress enough the need for 2-way communication as an imperative condition in any purchase transaction as it keeps getting ignored time and again leading to each party making their own assumptions about the other side resulting in mismatched expectations, misunderstanding and ultimately.... emotional escalation. This is totally unnecessary and avoidable most of the time if only there was an opportunity for a cordial and open discourse. So please ask and discuss rather than be quiet and assume.
