This bag was used by telephone repairmen of the Swiss Army, and while in good shape, it’s definitely broken in and looks “well seasoned.” It’s made of heavy cotton canvas and leather. It measures 9.5” L x 6” W x 2.5” D, and the adjustable leather shoulder strap is about 46” total length, which allows for a drop of from 18” to 22” from the shoulder. Made in 1952, it’s pushing 70 years old, but I have conditioned the leather parts and it looks great. It even comes with a few of the original wooden wire-insulators. It’s a great gift for collectors of militaria, or would make a great personal shoulder bag.
