Good project for restauration or eroica.
Most of the components are correct and original except for the seat post and gum brake.
The cable guides on top tube have been added and are not original to the production. Also, the location of the 'production number' (18) on the back of the seat lug would suggest that this bike is not made from Reynolds 531 tubing.
