We offer FREE SHIPPING many smaller items within the continental U.S. 48 States. Shipping costs for larger items VARIES. Large/Oversized items will ship either freight, Via Greyhound or LTL Shipping and costs will be based on standard carrier rates. If shipping is not explicitly stated, contact us for a quote.
All locations outside the continental U.S including US states - Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and all other international locations should contact us for shipping and handling quotes prior to making a purchase.
RETURNS
You have 30 business days to return item(s) purchased. BUYER PAYS FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Contact us to return an item.
The item(s) returned must be the exact- same item(s) - that was shipped to you. All items have an identifying mark which will determine if the item returned is same as the item originally shipped.
The item must be returned in its original condition and NOT used or installed or altered/damaged in any way. Signs of use or installation will void the refund. Items returned damaged will result in a claim be filed against the buyer on Ebay.
There are absolutely NO returns on electrical parts.
It is advised that you effectively pack, insure and/or track all items shipped. Please send us tracking information. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for items that you claim that you shipped but we did not receive or for items that are returned damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay Message within 24 hours for instructions.
Refund will be issued via PayPal within 5 business days of receipt of the item.
