We ask that you keep the original packaging that your order came in as well as your invoice, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process. Disclaimer: Please note, in the summer month we do include an ice pack with each order containing chocolate and certain melt-able products to help it arrive in best possible condition. However, we do not take back melt-able items such as chocolate. All orders containing melt-able products are done at your responsibility.
