Once unlocked, It will work 100% internationally which means outside the USA but we cannot gaurantee it will work in the USA. GSX in some cases will NOT show "UNLOCKED" even though the device is UNLOCKED because the device is locked for USA and only works overseas.

If your device does not activate by usual activation process, you need to do following procedure for verizon devices since they work on different frequency band.. After you receive confirmation of unlock, restore the device to latest ios version in itunes with a NON US SIM Card in the phone OVERSEAS, the device will be unlocked and can be used outside USA thereafter. 

AGAIN PLEASE note that after unlock your iPhone will NOTshow UNLOCKED. You simply need to activate the phone with a NON US SIM Card OVERSEAS (OUTSIDE THE USA)

How to send us your order and IMEI

  1. Please include your imei # in the purchase order, do not send your imei in a separate message this can be confusing. (IMEI is 15 digits, to view it dial:  *#06#)
  2. Upon ordering click "add message" and type/paste your IMEI there.
  3. Type the 15 digits without spaces or slashes. Like this: 356123456789123 Not like this: 3 56123 456789 1
  4. Also please include your phone model and service eg. "iPhone 8+ Verizon"

Important information 

Buyer is responsible to ensure whether the device will be GSM or CDMA compatible after unlocking.


Refund policy

If for some reason the unlock code does not work we can help you troubleshoot it. We will refund non working code and ONLY after we have reviewed a video proof of the situation. 

In the case of no code available, we will refund you 100%.
