This 'Buy it Now' is for a Brand New, genuine, Hornby made, 'Thomas the Tank Engine' (L6454) and his two Coaches, Annie and Clarabel (L6530 & L6541). This can either be used as a push/pull along toy or as battery powered. Each item is approximately 10 cm long, 5 cm tall and 3 cm wide. Please read the next paragraph.

This is made as a Battery powered train and requires just one AA battery (not included), which goes in Annie since Annie is the powered part of this train, but if you want to just use it as a push/pull along toy the please let me know and I will remove the drive cog, so that the driven wheels run freely. I will send you the drive cog, so that if at a later date you want to use it as battery powered, then you can slide the drive cog back on.

The distance between the wheels on an axle is 14 mm, so if you intend to run this train on any track which you might already have, please check that it will fit, before buying. Thank you.

These items are not provided boxed - they came to me, in bulk, in their original Hornby bulk storage boxes, with each individual item factory wrapped in bubble wrap. Power is provided by 1 AA battery (not included), which fits inside Annie - you simply push up Annie's rear door and slot the battery in - simples. This is a robust little Engine and Coaches set which will no doubt provide your child/children with hours of creative fun - far better than them being stuck in front of a computer screen or TV for hours a day. I know that my children had a similar, though far inferior Thomas set up when they were young, and it provided them (and me) with hours and hours of fun. This train will not fit standard Hornby railway track. The track and the tree shown in the photos are not included.
