SHIPPING
We usually try to ship within 24 hours after receiving your order or within 2-3 days at the latest during weekends. Your order will arrive between 10 days to 5 weeks depending on the season. (For example, at Christmas time and/or during winter and difficult weather conditions, orders can sometimes be delayed, but will eventually reach you.)

 

TRACKING
Registered shipping tracking is provided. Since it's registered mail, in most cases you will have to prove your ID and sign for it in order to receive your item, whether the mailman delivers it to you in person at the door, or leaves a note for you to go pick it up at the post office.
