Item looks to be new, never mounted.

Item has been tested on 5/16/18....   Clipping Connecting Wiring wrong from factory. Item has 277 and Neutral wires crossed. We tested with 120V Black and Neutral connected to 277 Brown  wire...  Please note picture. Clipping Connecting Harness is wrong from factory.

Harness soldered directly to board is correct.

Item does turn on. 

If your going to use in 277v connection, note to invert wires.
