Grand Thangka newari représentant Vajrasattva, le purificateur du karma. La peinture est en assez bon état, cependant le tissu de la brocade est dans une condition désastreuse. Présence de mantras.
This large newari thangka represents Vajrasattva, a very important figure in the tantric buddhism of the « Newar Vajracaryas » of Kathmandu valley. The painting - on cloth - is in reasonable condition, however the surrounding brocade is in a disastrous state.
