This is a beautiful porcelain plate by Haviland Limoges, France depicting an owl in black and white.  It is hand-painted and artist signed (Roth Popelier?) and dated 1972.  It measures 9" in diameter and is in excellent condition.  Any questions, please email.  Thanks!
