You are looking at a complete and new Marvel Legends Hulk figure from the Walmart exclusive Avengers Series. There are some heavier spider veins on the front right-hand corner (our left-side), and some even lighter spider veins on the opposite side of the front above the bubble.  None of the creases go to the back of the card.  Otherwise, it's in solid shape, and comes from a pet/smoke free environment.
