Returns:
All items can be returned for a refund on the cost of the item ONLY** or exchange within 14 days of purchase only IF the item is in original packing and condition, unworn and with all labels/tags intact.Please note that we do provide a free return service unless we are at fault (wrong/faulty item).Your return will not be refunded if there are signs of wear, marks or scent.Please contact us first before returning the items.Once refund is agreed by both sides, we will transfer the money back into account it came from.All return items must be sent by Recorded Signed for.All return items are carefully checked.Please keep the receipt of postage for refund which may be needed in case the return is delayed.
** We Do not want to lose our customers at any cost that is why it is our moral responsibility to let all our customer's notify that please when an item is returned as unwanted we would deduct the exact amount of postage we paid. For example; if a dress was bought for £50 with free postage, then refund would be £45.50 (if the postal service charge is £4.50) no profit made from P&P. Exact amount would be deducted which can be seen on the postage bag.
