Description: Weathered Britannia Valve Gear with Connecting Rods and Hex Head Bolts as pictured. Only taken out of bag for photographing. This Valve Gear is for the 5 Pole Tender Drive Locos - see Hornby Service Sheets 253, b and c. They may fit other ones as well, but I don't know for sure. I have been told that it is pretty easy to remove the weathering effect if you in fact want pristine valve gear. There are apparently various solutions available which will do this, but each person with whom I have spoken has their own preferred way.
