Payment:

PayPal is our preferred method for eBay transactions. We are fully PayPal Verified. Goods will only be dispatched after payment notification.

Shipping:

We use standard RM delivery service for smaller items. Items can be sent recorded delivery upon request. 

Our aim is to dispatch orders same day and meet the high standard of market values.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we also offer 14 days from date of receipt for an exchange or refund if item is defective upon receipt.
Please contact us to let us know the detail problem. We might need pictures for confirmation and the return shipping fee is the responsibility of buyers unless the return is a result of our fault.

When receiving your item please check to ensure that the parcel has not been open or damaged. You must indicate this on the courier note if it is damaged.
