The Midnight Sun Fuzz is the missing link between the classic fuzz pedals of old and the heavier modern sound. It is loaded with gain but retains clarity and dynamics, and mixes a thick, dark bottom end with the characteristic high raspiness that fuzz players love. When played into pushed amp or with an overdrive pedal, it smooths out into a rich, cello like sustain that's great for leads.
With the fuzz control towards max you get a tight, high saturation modern fuzz tone with good sustain. As you back off of the fuzz control it loosens up to a more vintage style hairy fuzz with greater decay.
