Please complete payment as soon as possible but not later than 7 days after purchase to avoid unpaid claims against your account. Orders will be processed and dispatched within one business day of receiving cleared payment.

Combined postage is available. Orders will be matched based on eBay user and timestamp. Any savings on postage will be refunded in the original form of payment. Alternatively you may request an updated invoice before payment but immediately after you made your orders.

If you haven’t received your item within 11 working days after postage contact us via eBay and we will follow up with the logistics provider. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, we will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We don’t offer international shipping or delivery to PO Boxes within Australia at this point.

If you want to expedite shipping or have any other requests in this regard please contact us immediately after you placed the order.

Please inspect correctness and quality of your order upon delivery. Once the fabric has been cut or modified in any way we will not accept Returns. Note that we are not liable for damages caused by incorrect handling of the fabric. Refer to our care instructions for more information.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you within the guidelines of our Returns Policy, which follows Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to availability and as per your request we will either provide replacement or a full refund in the original form of payment. Please be advised that we do not accept Returns for change of mind.

What defines the order quantity?
The order quantity is 1 meter (=piece of 150cm x 100cm). As the fabric comes from rolls with a fixed width of 150cm we will  cut quantities larger than 1 as one continuous length of fabric.

What if I want to order 40m or more?
Full rolls of fabric generally vary between 40m and 65m. If your order falls into this range, we will be shipping full rolls plus the remainder cut to length. Please contact us directly to discuss.

What is the fabric width?
The average width is 150cm but may vary with different types of fabric. Please refer to the fabric specification in the description.

Can I order colour swatches or fabric samples?
Yes, in order to match specific colours or inspect the quality of fabric we welcome you to order samples of selected fabrics.
