Specifications:
12864 LCD display module can display letters, numbers, Chinese character and graphics. It carries mixed display function on graphics and letters. It can display 128(column)*64(row) dot matrix.
This LCD provides 3 kinds of control interface:8-digit micro-controller interface, 4-digit microcontroller interface and serial interface.
It provides multi-function commands: Display clear, Return home, Display on/off, Cursor on/off, Display character blink, Cursor shift, Display shift, Vertical line scroll and reverse display.
The module is built in with 2M bit Chinese font ROM (CGROM), providing a total of 8192 Chinese font (16 * 16 dot matrix), 16K bit half-width font ROM (HCGROM) ,
providing a total of 126 symbol font (16 * 8 dot matrix) and 64 * 16 bit display RAM (DDRAM). In addition, the drawing display screen provides a drawing area (GDRAM)with 64 * 256 point,
which can be displayed in mix with words.
