The winning bidder agrees to contact the seller within 72  hours of purchase and have payment completed within one week if not paid through Paypal or credit card..  We will file a non-paying bidder report and issue negative feedback if timetable is not followed, and reserve the right to offer the item to a back bidder, or re-list the item.

If you are pickup up the item at our warehouse, items must be picked up within two weeks of auction unless other arrangements are made. Storage charges will begin to accrue at two weeks, and the item will be forfeited in 60 days if not picked up and the item will be re-listed.

All shipping, handling and rigging costs are the customers responsibility.

All bids and purchases are legal and binding.
