Changing your lamp has never been as easy with the Twist & Lock system. Simply place your lamp inside the die cast bezel and twist to lock the lamp in place. There is no fiddly spring clip needed!

- If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further delivery attempt will be made. After this point, they will hold the goods for 4/5 days so you can arrange to collect the goods from the Parcelforce depot. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point, the Goods will be returned to Electrical & Lighting Superstore. We will then contact you to re-arrange or cancel your order. Any charges incurred for failed delivery, return or re-delivery will need to be paid or will be deducted from your refund.
- On the morning of your delivery, an email and a text message (if mobile number provided) will be sent to you with a one hour delivery window.
- If the date and time is not convenient, you can simply either text back or reply back via the website to choose the next convenient date.
