This listing is for a Group of 11 Antique / Ancient Linen Lace Embroidery Figural Round Doilies ,  10+ inches  sold separately ( you can purchase from one to 11 , price you see is for one ).
To me they feel like early ( 16th / 17th Century ) European Pieces . I have never concentrated enough on them and or researched them passed showing them to a lace dealer some thirty plus years ago who offered good sum for them although I did not sell. A kind individual suggested that they are 19th Century Hand Made Italian Cantú Linen Bobbin Lace with Figural Embroideries hand embroidered.

4 animals decorate each doily , What is either a horse or perhaps unicorn , a bird, perhaps a dove, a butterfly, and what looks like an elephant but could be some other mythical animal like foo-lion?  .

All in excellent as shown condition . I have not noted any discolorations or stains on them and they all seem to be in excellent condition. I am not sure if they have been cleaned at one point but they all look very well and I am not sure how to account for their good condition other than care throughout their life. I figure they are probably linen. Multitudes of methods of embroidery and other work is present in each. They all are pretty close in detail and size to each other.

Amazing pieces.

I have only photographed one in multiple details and the rest just an overall image of each.

Very light in weight , about 9 grams net. ( only one weighed )

will be shipped flat.

I usually post many more images on my listing than the 12 listed on eBay gallery which only will be visible to individuals on classic eBay site ( that would be when item is viewed on a computer) . Images are continuous and have an order ( front , back, sides, etc.. ) and should be viewed in continuous fashion. If you are on a mobile site , click on SEE DESCRIPTION to see complete description and all posted images .

There are a total of 23 images of this item posted within the body of this listing . Make sure you see them all .

I will gladly combine shipping whenever possible.

All shipments will be Insured with the exception of specific items listed to be shipped by Postal First Class Mail or Media Mail which will travel Uninsured at buyer's risk. I pack extremely well.

Great News On International shipments: Ebay has instituted a new International Shipment Option around March of 2020 Which is Insured up to $100 USD, Shows Delivery Confirmation and uses First Class. This option has resolved Issues with First Class Shipments which cannot be insured and did not show a delivery confirmation, hence I am adding a Shipment option called EBAY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY which in general is cheaper and roughly about half the cost of Priority Mail offered on Items that are under $100 and under 4 lbs of weight. If you do not see this option, ask for it and I will add it to the listing if I have missed to do so.Please note that in some cases the difference between priority mail and eBay International Standard Delivery is much less than 50% . In some cases about 19%  and less. This is because First Class is the method ebay International Standard Delivery uses and First Class uses larger denominations as oppose to 1 ounce at a time and I think like Half Pound or One Pound at a time.Look for this new option under shipping tab.

For combined shipping and saving on shipment of multiple items together, add items to cart, goto cart and request total for multiple shipments.

Listed international shipping is for one doily , while shipping price will be the same for one or all items listed in this listing, each additional item incurs about $3 additional in Insurance which is mandatory.
