For many years my wife and I have used the eBay account nmark1958 (feedback over 32,000) to sell thousands of model railway and Scalextric items. We have now decided, with eBay's encouragement, to split the business so that most of the railway spares and Scalextric items are now offered through this new eBay account, nmark1958a. This UK Free Post 'Buy it Now' is for 4 Brand New, empty Hornby Loco boxes. These are the latest type which fit a pull out centre section, as pictured. They do not come with the clear plastic inlay/pull out section, as you can see in the photo of the box interior, so you would need to use your own plastic inlay or make one up with polystyrene or similar. You can simply stick your own label on the end of the box, with your own specific model details.
These are the full length boxes, 362 mm long. I do also have some of the shorter 272 mm boxes listed, plus some wagon boxes. I also have all these boxes listed in different quantities, so please check out my other items. Thank you.
These boxes all have an outer slide as pictured. You can use this or use your own, or modify it to suit yourself. If you have locos without boxes then this is an ideal way to protect them and also a much easier way to store them.
