Wide destinations with Royal Mail or another chosen courier service (we will
message you if this is the case). Royal Mail suggests delivery times to be;
Western Europe - 3
working days from dispatch.
Eastern Europe - 5
working days from dispatch.
Rest of the World - 5 to
7 working days from dispatch.
Please include your
address in your native language to aid the delivery in your country.
Shipping supplement for
Italy, Greece and Russia:
Due to past problems
with the following countries, a £5.00 supplement must be paid for Signed for
Delivery: Italy, Greece and Russia. We are sorry we must impose
higher rates for these countries, but we have had many experiences with items
getting stuck in Customs or lost in the Postal Service. Either make the order
for your products and choose the European International Signed for option, or
we will send you a Paypal invoice for £5.00.
Note: Russia
- we have specifically been having problems with Customs at Russia and
have known to have items take up to 6 weeks to arrive at the destination.
Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Terms of Sale
Returns Policy;
Wen Tai Sun operates a 30day grace period for returns.
Please open a return case with eBay and a Prepaid return label will be generated by eBay if you are a UK customer. As we cannot generate a Prepaid return label for non-UK customers, you will be refunded when he item is returned to us.
Breakages;
If in any case a product arrives broken or faulty, Buyer must take a digital picture and send to us using eBay messenger service with a clear explanation of the breakage. Upon receipt of the photo, a breakage claim will be processed which may result in a full or partial refund or a replacement being sent to the Buyer. In most cases, a claim may be made to Royal Mail and we must ask the Buyer to keep the broken package which may be asked for by Royal Mail.
Lost items;
Buyers in the UK should report a lost item after 5 days of dispatch and before 30 days. Overseas buyers may report a lost item after 7days and before 45 days. In most cases, lost items are usually found at the Buyers local Post Office or with the buyer?s neighbours as many of our packages are too big for most post boxes and postal officials have missed the receiver.
PLEASE DO NOT REPORT A LOST ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND NEIGHBOURS.
