Payment

We accept immediate payments by PayPal, credit and debit cards, you just have to add and save your card details. However, we do not accept card payment by phone or in- person.
 
Payment must be received within 3 days after the purchase unless buyer has contacted us in advance, otherwise, our system will automatically open Unpaid Item Case.
 
If you've placed a winning bid or clicked the Buy It Now button in a listing, you've committed to purchasing that item. If you don't pay for it, even if you've changed your mind, you violate the unpaid item policy.
 
By eBay & PayPal rules we must post items to PayPal delivery address only, so Please make sure to make the payment with a correct delivery address.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our primary concern
 
We are guaranteed about our products, but in case it does not match your primary vision, you will have 14 days to return it. Though, all items must be in its original condition: not worn, not washed and with all tags and labels.
 
PLEASE NOTE: 

• All items carrying POPPRI Authenticity Guarantee Seal/Sticker, must be returned just like it was sold originally: with this seal/sticker attached. If Authenticity Guarantee Seal/Sticker is missing or broken, POPPRI remains the right to refuse taking back and refunding for such item, since it's no longer considered as original and authentic piece purchased from POPPRI.
• UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR, SOCKS and TIGHTS are excluded from our return policy. Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be destroyed and NO REFUNDS will be issued, regardless of its condition.

Any return must be notified to us first and then returned by recorded post within 14 days of receipt. When you return the item, leave your user ID or item ID outside the parcel and declare the parcel as "Returned Goods". We will only refund the original cost of the item's price and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves.

Responsibility

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using tracked delivery service. We cannot refund payment for returned items, if they are lost in the post and not trackable or parcel is still at customs.

By eBay rules we must refund the buyer within 3 working days of receiving the item back. We will happily refund your payment of the item, once it has been returned and checked.

Please note that Size Tag and Approximate Measurements are not the same, as measurements depends on the rise type (low waist, medium or high waist) and on fit (skinny, slim, regular etc.) So please make sure to compare approximate measurement to clothing you currently own to ensure a perfect fit.
 
We do not swap sizes, colour or exchange items. All our items are sold by auction only.
